By using Warka (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Warka ("we", "us"), a Pakistani company. If you do not agree, do not use Warka.
You must use a real Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for the security of your account, your PIN, and your Private Vault recovery phrase. Do not share your account credentials.
You may not upload illegal content, content you do not have the right to store, child sexual abuse material, or any material that violates Pakistani or international law. We reserve the right to remove violating content and terminate accounts that do.
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Family) are purchased and managed through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. Cancellation and refund policies follow each store's terms.
The Service is provided "as is." Warka is a tool to help you manage your documents; the legal validity of any document is determined by the issuing authority, not by Warka. The "Verified by Warka" badge only attests that the file has not been modified since upload — it does not certify the document's authenticity.
